TERMS: All animals are guaranteed to be 100% healthy, sexed correctly and will not be shipped until they have eaten at least 3-4 times, to guarantee you will get a high quality animal. I will stand behind my offspring 100%, and guarantee them for 1 month, IF an animal dies because of its HEALTH or refuses to eat while in your care, I will replace the animal or refund your money. If it dies, I will need pics of it to make sure its the same snake, although if it was to die due to your care I can not replace the animals, sorry.

Baby snakes will be sold on a first come first serve basis, although I will keep names on a - no deposit no obligation - waiting list, meaning you can reserve animals and I'll let you know when things start hatching and at that point you can decide if you still want your animals or not. I will probaly use this method untill 2003-04, then I will take deposits to reserve animals.

PAYMENT: I will accept personel checks, money orders, or a cashiers check. I WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL I'VE RECEIVED PAYMENT IN FULL. If paying by personel check I will have to wait till it clears to ship, sorry. All checks can be made to:

SHIPPING: Due to the horrific attacks on America during September I can not ship Delta. I will be trying to get shipping status as quick as possible. I will be shipping all animals UPS. This method is not guaranteed to deliver live arrival but I have not had a problem yet shipping UPS. If I shipped an animal to you and it DIED during shipping I would be very helpfull towards your needs though, you would not be stuck with a dead animal. As for another FREE snake, I will treat each case accordingly. Again I would need proof of death. If you live in Southern California we could arrange pick up of animals also, or could possibly deliver to some reptile shows.
